I don't remember March being so busy in the department. I'm starting to get my languages confused, I swear. I don't know what's gotten into everyone, but I would appreciate it greatly if meetings could be spread out with more than a ten minute break between them.
On a different note, I've decided that I will not take the Amesoeur potion. Mother's happy, of course, but I think Grandmother's a little peeved with my decision. She has apparently been waiting long enough. I'm not entirely sure what that means, but she's entitled to her opinion.

This potion sounds frightening, particularly since it's seemed to rile everyone up. What if your soulmate isn't someone you expected or know. I couldn't be forever tied to someone I didn't know. I couldn't rely on them. I don't think I will be taking this potion, no matter the insistence of my Mother. It's too dangerous.

The interns switched my quills again. It's rather tiresome, I have to admit, not to mention horrendously embarrassing. My boss was not amused when he received notes made with a Smart-Answer quill. I fear they'll return me to secretarial work if this continues. I don't know what else to do, save ward the drawers of my desk and pray none of the higher officials have a need to access them in my absence.
I suppose I make an easy target.
