I do not think they fully understood what would happen when they released the Amesoeur Potion to the public. They couldn't possibly have foreseen all the trouble it was going to cause. Right?

I drank the potion. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. My glass... was spiked .. switched...not mine I didn't know it was in there. I must have grabbed the wrong one.
